I am currently an in-network provider for:

~ Blue Cross Blue Shield (Regence, Anthem, Premera etc.)
~ LifeWise
~ PacificSource/Reliant Behavioral Health
~ Aetna
~ Cigna

If I am not a provider for your current insurance company, I recommend that you check your policy to see it covers out-of-network providers. If so, I will give you the paperwork you need to get reimbursed by your insurance company. At your initial visit, you will be asked to present your insurance card, photo ID, any necessary co-payments and to complete new client paperwork.

Rates
$140-$170 per 45 minute/55 minute session; $170-$180 intake/assessment
Cash, check and all major credit cards are accepted for payment at this time.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 48 hours in advance, you may be required to pay the full cost of the session.

    Scheduling

    If you think you might want to work with me, I am happy to answer any questions you may have before making an appointment. In general, however, I do believe an in-person initial appointment is the best way to determine if we click and if I will be the best fit for you.
